Anaconda create new environment
1. Create python environement in anaconda with spesific python version.
conda create -n <env_name> python=3.6
2. Create conda environment with spesifice dependencies

3. Create kernel for jupyter-notebook.
- Install jupyter ipykernel
conda install -c conda-forge jupyter ipykernel
- add env as jupyter kernel
python -m ipykernel install --user --naame=myenv --display-name "nama-kernel"
